So around these parts, being my family and friends, I’m considered the healthy momma. And while I love the title, when Halloween rolls around, it can feel like more of a curse.
Part of the thrill of Halloween, is trick or treating. And there’s a reason it ends with “treat”. No matter how healthy I am, it kind of takes the fun out of the holiday if it were to end in trick or “broccoli”, trick or “toothpaste”, trick or “quinoa”. You get it! And I don’t want to be THAT mom!
I believe in balance and that means, enjoying a little “treat” with my healthy eats.
So to make this holiday that much more FUN, I’ve put together a Halloween “Treat” inspired workout. Its guaranteed to make you sweat and enjoy the holiday.

Use it after you’ve counted the candy for each child (1 workout for each child), after they’ve been looted up from a Halloween party, or if you dare, on all the Halloween candy you’ve bought to give out!
