I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain since a injury over 14 years ago. Add in the day to day tasks of motherhood, carrying car seats, nursing and driving and occasionally my neck and shoulders scream UNCLE!
I love these yoga exercises to help relieve the tension and the additional suggestions the author states to help prevent the pain from happening in the first place.
