Hi!  I’m Jocelyn Martin.  As a busy mom, personal trainer, holistic health coach, business owner and woman, I understand the stressors life has us women under.  Not only the expectations to look perfect, eat perfect, raise perfect children and do it ALL, but the expectations we put on ourselves. It can feel like we’re never doing enough or doing it right and that just sucks!

With over 19 years of experience in the health and wellness field and having coached hundreds of women just like you, I can tell you this…..

There is no perfect.  All you can do is Be YOUR Best version of You!

As women, as moms, we all want to be role models for our children.  This site is for you!  Not to serve as a comparison for what you’re NOT doing, but to provide you ideas of different ways to be the best healthy, happy mom you can be.  To know that everyone has excuses as to why they can’t do “insert your goal here”.   But that you CAN achieve your goals.

I’ll show you how myself and other fellow moms make it work.  This site will provide you with ideas, stories, resources and encouragement, that not only CAN you be a healthy, happy mom, but that you WILL BE!
